This policy explains what Clariont LLC ("Utevix", "we") collects on utevix.com, why, where it is stored and how you can have it deleted.
What we collect through our forms
The site has three forms. Each one sends only what you type into it, plus the language of the page and the time it was sent.
- Pitch form (Invest page): your name, email, company name, website, where the company is based, stage, industry, a short description, what you are looking for, an optional link to a deck or video, and how you heard about us. Please do not send confidential information: we do not sign NDAs at first contact.
- Project form (Build with us page): your name, email, company and a description of what you want to build, with an optional timeline.
- Careers form: your name, email, where you are based, your area, a link to your LinkedIn profile or portfolio, the languages you work in and anything else you choose to tell us.
The forms do not accept file uploads.
Why we use it
We use what you send only to read your submission, reply to you and, if there is a fit, continue the conversation you started. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (a Firebase service operated by Google) in the United States. Browsers cannot read or change stored submissions; only our own server code writes them. We receive a short notice that a new submission arrived, which contains no personal information. To protect the forms from abuse, we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, and we keep a temporary, one-way hashed form of your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
The site is hosted on Google infrastructure (Firebase Hosting), which may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to run and secure the service.
Cookies and analytics
We measure the site in two layers.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on every page. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and reports aggregate page views and performance only.
- Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only if you click Accept in the cookie banner. Before anything loads, Google Consent Mode is set to denied for analytics and advertising; Accept grants analytics storage only, and the advertising signals stay denied. Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling) so we can find what is hard to use, and it hides what you type in form fields.
We store your choice in your browser (localStorage key utevix_consent_v1) so we stop asking. You can change or withdraw it at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a decline automatically.
Declining changes nothing about how the site works.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@utevix.com. We will answer within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
