The site

The site describes Utevix, the companies it owns and the work it does. It is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete or current.

Utevix invests its own capital. It does not raise money from the public, manage outside investors' funds or offer investments of any kind. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell securities, and nothing on it is investment, legal or tax advice.

Pitches and submissions

Sending a pitch, a project description or your information creates no obligation for you or for Utevix. Do not send confidential information: we do not sign NDAs at first contact, and we may already be working on, or later work on, ideas similar to yours. You confirm that you have the right to share what you send.

Your use of the site

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated submissions, no unlawful content. We may block access that harms the site or other people.

Our content

The Utevix name, the mark, the site design and its text belong to Utevix or its licensors. The names of FoodyOS, FireAlerted and LeaseMiles belong to their companies. Client names appear with reference to work we did for them.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, including our portfolio companies' sites. Each has its own terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Utevix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
